Two campuses, a river that is a border, and a downtown that still has a name: Center Avenue.
1. MSUM campus
Minnesota State University Moorhead is a city inside the city. Official events in Help Me are labeled MSUM. Public Safety is 218-477-2449 if the night stops being a night out.
2. Concordia College
Walkable campus, Knutson Campus Center, a calendar of its own. SAFEWalk is 218-299-3123. Different school from MSUM even when the weekend blurs.
3. Center Avenue downtown
Moorhead’s public strip. Meet here. Moorhead Police if you need an officer. 911 still 911.

4. Hjemkomst Center
The ship, the stave church, the local museum people actually take visitors to. Daylight public place. Confirm hours on the official site.
5. Gooseberry Park and the river corridor
Beautiful in daylight. A bad stranger-meet after dark. Trails are not vestibules.
6. Bluestem and outdoor shows, in season
Regional performing arts sit on this side of the river. Ticketmaster Fargo listings may still apply for bigger rooms — check the source name.
7. Walk or ride to Fargo on purpose
Broadway is close. Cass County starts when you cross. Fun, and a different police department if you need one.
8. Dilworth as the east edge
Grocery-and-highway Moorhead’s neighbor. Still Clay County. Still 911. Still not a Fargo annex.
