Help MeHelp Me

answer

How do I contact support?

One email address, read by a human, not a ticket robot.

Short answer

Email support@helpme.fyi. That is the support channel, and a person reads it — there is no phone queue and no chatbot in front of it. Use in-app report and block for problems inside a request, and call 911 for anything that is an actual emergency.

The facts, in one place

  • support@helpme.fyi is the one address.
  • No phone support line; email is the channel.
  • In-request problems: report and block first.
  • Emergencies: 911, not support.

What to include

The email address on your account, your iPhone model and iOS version, and what you expected to happen versus what did. For a TestFlight install problem, say which step failed — TestFlight itself, the invitation link, or the app after install.

What support cannot do

Dispatch help, override the approval decision on demand, or act as an emergency channel. Approval is a staff review with a real standard, and support email is not a fast lane around it.

Questions people actually ask

Is there a phone number?

No. Email is the support channel. 911 is the emergency channel.

How fast is a reply?

A person answers as soon as they can. It is a small team, not a call center.

Help Me is a community app for adults in Fargo–Moorhead. It is not a K–12 student program, not a youth chat, and not campus police.
