Broadway’s restaurants, shops, and the theater district are built for a season when standing outside is not the plan.
Fargo and Moorhead library systems are warm, free, and open to everyone, with programming through the winter.
4. Sledding and skating on clear days
City parks in Fargo, West Fargo, and Moorhead maintain seasonal winter facilities. Conditions and hours come from the parks departments.

6. A trail walk on a still day
