Where the line is
Nobody shops for you, nobody fronts money, and nobody delivers. Grocery delivery services exist and they are the right tool for that. If food itself is the problem rather than the carrying, food assistance resources are listed under Resources and they are a better answer than a stranger.

Can someone bring me groceries?
No. There is no payment or delivery in Help Me. Use a delivery service, or food assistance if cost is the issue.
Do I have to let them inside?
No. A door or a landing is a completely normal stopping point, and public-by-default is the standard here.
